We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 3rd HAPLO-iPS Training School, organised by Working Group 5 – Management, Data Handling and Ethics, within COST Action CA21151 HAPLO-iPS.
Training Schools serve to help the Action achieve their MoU Objectives and deliver impact with regard to Capacity Building allowing COST Actions to provide training for researchers and innovators in highly specialised topics which are essential for the Action. They are the tool for transferring know-how among all types of actors and building interdisciplinary expertise.
This two-day Training School will focus on GDPR and iPSC haplobanking, providing participants with practical knowledge on data protection, ethical governance, and regulatory challenges surrounding iPSC biobanking across Europe. See flyer attached!

During the Training School, participants will benefit from:
- Expert lectures from leading specialists in GDPR and iPSC governance.
- Interactive discussions on regulatory practices across different European countries.
- Group work sessions addressing real-world ethical and legal challenges.
- Discussions on dynamic consent, governance models, and future commercialization of iPSC resources.
- A visit to the Norwegian Core Facility for Human Pluripotent Stem Cells.

The Training School is open to all HAPLO-iPS Working Group members.
Participation is limited to 20 attendees.
